Spinning top.

Have you ever taken antidepressants and have tried coming off them? Even though I was on a low dose the effects, some might saw withdrawal, is just crazy. Serious dizziness, sleep disruption and temperature fluctuations. It may not sound like much but it is terribly debilitating when you have to get things done. It has almost been a week since I took the last pill so hopefully it will subside soon. I could understand many people just deciding to keep taking the drug instead of stopping. Despite reducing the dose over time, I have considered reintroducing a small dose to stop the side effect of stopping. The side effects push the anxiety levels up as well so what is one to do. Stick with it but plan ahead. Fortunately I don't have to go in to an office everyday. So let's see if the top stops spinning soon.
